Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in their original packaging.

Refund Process

  • Contact us at support@smellthisfragrance.com with your order number.
  • We'll provide return shipping instructions.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

    • Custom Blends

    Custom blend orders are non-refundable as they are made specifically for you. If there is an issue with your custom blend, please contact us and we'll work to make it right.

    Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately and we'll send a replacement at no charge.
